not a bad price but they are based in the United Arab Emirates an the shipping would be 79 bucks i just checked you can do better on ebay but a buddy of mine got them clone tires they didnt last on time at all they tore apart if i was you i would get the hostiles
 
By buying the clone product, you are helping keep new products from coming to market. Why would a manufacturer make a new product if it is not going to sell, because it was ripped off by a cloner, who will sell an inferior product, at a lower price? Hostile products are great and the most durable tire made for the Baja. Hostile also supports the RC hobby and racing. Have you ever seen King Motor, Rovan, Integy, etc, sponsor a race or even hold a race on their own property? I doubt it, but Rob has at least one race every year at his race track, plus he gives thousands of dollars worth of parts as prizes for races and giveaways on forums. So buy original products and help support the people that make the new products, and help make the RCs stronger.

I have a set of these tires, they have been great, The rears wore just about bald on me, so I bought a set of the hostiles (DDM deal of the day) rears, same tires.. wore the same. From everywhere I read they just wear quick. I beat the snot out of my truck, and never had one tear or rip apart on me.
 
the stock rear tires on my ss wore to slicks quickand i replaced them with a new set of hpi brand rear tires like came with it but a harder compund and they show wear but nothing like teh tires that came with my ss. if your tires are wearing out fast just move to a little harder compound of rubber and problem will be solved (unless you are running on asphalt, concrete, or hard dirt/clay surfaces).

Then I hope you live the rest of your life that way, This argument goes far beyond RC items. It happens everywhere. You have probably bought so many copys without even thinking twice about it. Be it at the grocery store, auto parts store, ebay, wherever you shop and whatever you buy.. There is always a cheaper brand that is the same exact item. It just is what it is. Its happened for years and what KM is doing is nothing new. If they can machine items cheaper and save cost by having 12 year old chinese kids assemble items, SO BE IT. America will always be here to scoop up everything they have. That is life, that is human nature.
 
I expect to hear this garbage from all the HPI guys on HPI forums, But to listen to it in a KM specific forum irritates the hell out of me. It just proves you are only here trolling around, waiting for your time to shine by posting useless crap putting the brand down. Then you get to go stroke it over some other random guy jumping on your bandwagon and agreeing with you. Everybody gets it, they copied parts, your not shining light on anything new. When I go to the grocery store, if I see a box of Kraft mac n cheese for $3.99, and right next to it on the shelf is store brand same product, same ingredients for $.99, what do you think im leaving with?

MY issue, is that your troll a@@ comes into a KM specific forum and post useless information, constantly. and I am tired of seeing it. If you have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything. If you want to dis KM, then go into the HPI forum and talk about it with the other guys. don't come into a KM forum and do it. Its common sence.
