I sold a set of wheels and tires on ebay afew weeks back
and the dude who bought them off me has put them up
forsale with my pics..... is that aloud?

I would ask him to remove your pictures and tell him to use his own. If he gives you any trouble, report him to ebay as using your pictures and they will remove the auction.

If the seller has stolen your photos. or copied your description verbatim, then eBay would probably take action. On the right hand side of the listing, under the boxes for "Top-rated seller" and "Other item info" is a link to "Report item". Click it, and then select "Copy of your listing" from the drop down menu under "Reason for Report". Then select "Someone copied text or pictures from another Website or eBay user" from the drop down menu in the next header "Detailed Reason". Click the blue rectangular Continue button and you'll be taken to the next screen. The item number is automatically listed in it's appropriate box, then you can type in a couple details in the "Brief Description" box. Then click the blue rectangular Send Report button and you're done.

Thats a no no..... get up him m8 give him a rev.... cant do that... maybe he don't own a camera lol

Is there any particual reason why you are concerned about him using the same pics? I mean if the items are exactly the same and he is just reselling them it shouldn't create any issues for you. My guess is he went to the listing and clicked on SELL SIMMILAR item and all the info transfered into his listing. This is very common on ebay. Also depending on how you listed the items you may have given ebay permission to use your pics as STOCK photos.

Since there is no revealing information about you personally or your name on the pics it's really not a big deal.
In the future if you don't want this to happen Add your SELLER name onto your pics that way it's harder for people to reuse them. But keep in mind thats kind of a pain in the ass to do.

no i was'nt having a moan, just wanted to no if thats aloud thats all but anyways i really
cant be arsed...... lol

It's really not a big deal people do it all the time. Just becarefull with your pics and make sure your background isn't revealing in any way. If the background was a picture of your house or something thats another story but the pics were fairly basic.

You should be good to go without any problems!

No big deal. Just move the photos to another folder. That will change their link which will cause the links in his for sale to become a dead link. Then if you would like just make them private and he will have to take his own. ;)

If they have been copied then nothing you can really do. DOesn't look to be a bad person with his rating. If it were something a bit more then some tires I would be pissy with it but If they were mine I would just let it go.
