hi,was reading a little something earlier, which i think some people would have read, but for others that are lokking to buy a pipe for the 5t or baja, here is a little info by mrp /msuk;uberrc, pipe tests on a hpi baja with stock 26cc engine.

The Dyno test chart below was done using a 26cc engine and the following pipes gave the following results
:
Victory Pro Pipe:
3.8hp
1.9ft Pound Torque

Dom v1:
5.19hp
2.17ft Pound Torque

Dom v2:
5.15hp
2.14ft Pound Torque

Uber Pipe:
4.90hp
1.99ft Pound Torque

As you can see were only marginally lower than the Dom but giving a smoother power curve throughout the throttle range.
i wish someone would try this with different pipes for the fg line of pipes, thanx for reading

the vrc seem a bit low on the hpi for some reason,,,,the write up on tps vrc page for the fg says it ups a stock 26cc to @5.2hp i have run one for the last year and a half on everything from a 29cc ddm ported to a stock 23cc zen and now on my 23cc oddie and i highly recomend it for a fg much better than the jetpro i had before it

Your all getting mixed up with the Victory Pro Pipe, the pro pipe is for non ported motors.

The Victory rc BIG BORE is for ported motors only! the pro and bigbore are two completely different pipes....

how come jet-pro is not on that list?and where did that list come from?
i agree, ive seen a few exhaust dyno tests on various motors, but have never seen a jetpro's power figure, i had a massive improvement from the stock pipe to when i installed the jetpro, they should give a desent power increase!

Wish they would do one on the CPI standard pipe. But yes I have to agree that some of the listed pipes would do MUCH better on bigger and ported engines. This is why CPI makes a standard pipe and a big bore pipe so you have a good pipe for small or stock engines and one for high performance engines.

To start, here is a little history and the differences between the VRC and Pro-Pipe. The VRC pipe is made for and works best with stock 2 bolt engines. The Pro-Pipe was designed after the VRC pipe specifically for modified engines. The Pro-Pipe was developed when Jan-Erik at Rc-Racing sent Victory several of our full mod 4 bolt engines. It wasn't easy, but Victory came up with a good overall performing pipe. This is a high torque, high reving pipe. From our testing, this pipe runs well on all modified 2 and 4 bolt engines. The Pro-Pipe is light weight and is a two piece pipe for easy install/removal.

The VRC and Pro-Pipe are similar looking. To identify the Pro-Pipe from the VRC look for the Victory RC stamp welded onto the pipe

i don't know where you get your info because its not very accurate here's the official dyno test for vcr pipes

You've got to ask the question "who's dyno is it and what sort of dyno is it"

There are 2 main elements on a dyno as part of the whole test (can't for the life of me remember the names). From what I can gather, lot of peoples dynos only do one of the elements.
