Thanks guys. I think I'm ready for the first run (finally). I replaced all of the Hostiles in the above pic with front Hostile AT's all the way around. 14.4 ounces each. The rear Hostiles were 24 ounces, too much weight.

The exact Jetpro Redcat pipe for your Nutech? I've heard the performance is outstanding. Maybe your tune is off.

I hope to run it later today.

yep the exact same one,i guess when you have ran a rear dom for awhile and then go to the jetpro you notice the diffrence its not that the preformance was bad i just think the rear dom sounds way better and has way better low end.

Looks very nice.
How loud is it? Pipe looks BAD!!
Al.

Just took it out for about an hour on its maiden voyage. Ran rich and slow.

I had two stupid issues. One nut on a gear came loose, forgot to loctite those things, but tightened back up and off it went again. Next, the steering servo. This wasn't the rtr one, it was my old Duratrax one from a Firehammer MT. I squeezed the incorrect servo horn on the spline and it stripped out the horn.

The XB is tight to say the least. The acceleration is excellent even with the stock spring on the clutch. I really don't think anything else is needed. The steering, even with my AT's on grass was excellent. I didn't feel like I was trying to lean a tank into a turn (33 pound aluminum Rampage XT). No shock leakage as of yet, although some have complained of loose shock caps.

I will be putting the bike inner tube over all of the shocks like I've done with my others to keep the dust off the shafts.

I can't wait to lean it out some more and see what the Jetpro can do.

The Jetpro was probably the same decibel as my Dominators. It's loud enough! :)

man that is a sweeeet looooking buggy :cup-1::cup-1:

Thanks JC!

Ran a few tanks through it so far. Engine is still waking up. On the third tank found it wasn't quite right. Apparently a loose carb bolt was blowing out a bit of fuel. Used some loctite and should be ready for a weekend run.

Also added my ghetto shock covers tonight :D (bike inner tube):

I used a Bell universal inner tube, 24" from Walmart. It fits all the following sizes: 1.75, 1.90, 1.95, 2.00, 2.10, 2.125. It was less than 5 bucks.
