best bang for the buck would be a wt668 IMHO. it is basically the same carb that comes on the cy engines in the baja. so if you have a spare cy 23/26 cc you would be able to take the carb off of it LOL.

The 668 is a very user friendly carb. You will not gain much out of the other carbs. I have done a lot of reasearch on carbs. From what I found 50% of the people that tried a 813 like it and the other 50% did not. From what I was told they are more finicky to tune. Most agree the 990 is a better carb but does not have a choke or pump on it like the 813. Like some one said the 990 is the same as the 813 other then the 813 has a accelerator pump. I was told the 990 is easier to tun then the 813.

Right now on all my engines I am running a 668 but did pick up a 990 I am going to try.

right ill try one of those when the engine comes cheers:D

I am breaking in a race ported 30.5 I built and put the 668 on it to make it easier to break in. I will in stall the 990 sometime after I get it broke in. If you run off road do the boot mod to help keep dirt out of the throttle shaft. The 990 is coming stock on many Zen motors now. If you are going to run anything other then the 668 from what I have read to this point I would get the 990.
