[Bigger the Better]

The nipple on one is off and the other is cracked 1/2 way through. Is this a common item to break? It only seems like it would keep breaking the way the stress of a rollover puts on the two small plastic nipples. Or is there a modification you are doing instead of replacement. If not and I have to replace them do I need to get one or two of these? I hope just one!

But, what about the plastic nipples have you seen if those are broken? I didn't really know untill I tore it apart. And I mean I really tore the dang thing apart.:scared:

if your top front shock bolt losened up, it may of racked it hard a few times, causing the plastic to get weak.

my stock front uprights are bent to hell, but not broken. though ive seen many post of theirs being broke.

yes thats Robs front tower uprights, you have broken f shock tower supports i think.

It is common, I drill the hole all the way through and use a longer screw w/nut, no more problems. I even do this when I replace the uprights.

Thats what I was thinking. Thank you, that will save me $20.00 for now.
