Painting alloy ???

I got this the other day for my motor, my question is can i paint some of
my alloy parts like wheel nuts ect ?

I don't see why not... just hope it holds up!

it says no need for primer on the can.. just paint

If you paint the wheel nuts wont the paint just come off when you attack them with a spanner? The paint will make them slightly oversized so you may be better off anodising them.

or just paint them and mod my wrench with the dremel ? so paint wont come

Hpi do a plastic wrench for the baja so i can just use that..

I do not think even with the plastic wrench it will hold up but give it a try. If you only lived a LOT closer we could take your parts put them in my blast cabinet that I have glass beads in it and it would take no time to prep your parts. LOL
