From personal experince, (have only had 1 3.0 all aluminum 2 speed) I had nothing but problems. fitment issues with the alluminum, two speed never worked right till finaly i just took it off, motor blew first tank ring welded to the piston. if your going to spend that kind of money get somthing thats built to run not to look all pretty and shinny. unless you want a shelf queen.. just my opinion
just have a look at this aliitle ore money but alot ore car

Saw the KM speed ALL alloy cars on ebay was curious if anyone has one? If so,review?

I had the km 3.0 all aluminium and i to had alot of fitment problems and binding issues caused by poorly machined parts, they look good but also a total waste of good money, your better off buying a hpi 5bss for that kind of money, you want regret it !

I put 1 tank through it and sold it, to many issues!

first off, why would ya want a all alloy one? that leaves no place for breakage. it puts the strain over entire buggy, mine is a t1000 and i did swap some parts out to alloy, the supports and such, but left and willleave the arms plastic, the front and rear bumpers plastic, it allows give spots so the whole thing don't get warped or bent in crashes, and so far haven't broken anything yet.

I completly agree the all alloy is for shelf queens. if you run it all alloy is going to break bad when you wreck hard

yup, thats why mine still have the plastic arms, and front and rear bumpers, allows for give points so as not to bend or warp the alloy parts. by all means tho, alloy up the upper suspension parts, shock towers and braces even the steering assembly as i did on mine, but leave break points or you will definately be regretting it later
