The part you need is a cy clutch plate for a king motors its around 6/10 dollars

maybe advertise in the wanted section, one of the guys will have one

now with this i'm confused, i own 3 different clutch holders, zen,cy, and km all three fit either engine, they all require the clutch spacer washers, so why couldn't you use the other models? the zen has a hex head screw with a washer, the other 2 have a counter sunk hex screw,
just wondering about that

I have the was a KM 23cc that when I bought it already had the 29cc upgrade, apparently this crank is different I bought the KM part & it requires the flat head cap screw & has a flange inside the bore, mine attaches with a hex nut & washer & has a deeper boss reach onto the crank, it rubs & doesn't fit the tapered shaft. See pic.

Finally Got the right one!!!

Thanks Chitown Joe, Got me it's a nut & washer set up. I finally just bought the one from Lauterbacher in Germany, I don't know which engine it belongs to, CY? It fit's perfect & it's better than the new original cast piece. In case anyone needs the info www.lauterbacher.com part # 50750 13 euro..
since this is my first 1/5 scale car I'm having to learn the hard way, i.e cheap parts, wrong part etc. I'd be real interested to know what parts truly fit the KM baja's & motor.

Hammy I see this is a bit of an old post but I had the same problem with my KM 29cc!

I couldnt find the clutch plate for love nor money so gave up and bought a whole CY engine. I ended up buying one I was told might fit and I was no use.

Good to see you found the right one!
