As Above Belt Drives are for Sale....I have been testing the set-up for quite awhile and feel confident this is a Nice Purchase and it is almost a 1/3rd the weight of Running the 4 gear Set-Up...

As of Now the only Pulley Ratio is compared to our 30/30 Gearing....By March we should have the Following Ratio Comparable Pulley's....

25/35, 27/33, 33/27 & 35/25

My Review Can Be Seen Here......

I was still running the plastic gears, so for me there was little to no weight advantage. I did it for 2 reasons. The first was I was looking to upgrade to something stronger than the plastic gears. The second was simply the cool factor.

Yeah that too!! LOL

looks good Dusty, I can't wait to install mine, I have it here, I just gotta get around to install it along with my OBR engine... I also gotta install the demon rc prototype I have too... hehe

I was finally able to run my MT today with the belt drive. I'm still running the big MT tires, so the gear ratio is definitely not ideal, but it really performed well considering. I'm also running a 5hp Zenoah so I have a little more grunt to work with. With the stock 26cc or even the 30cc and the MT tires the ratio would be more of an issue. I was a bit concerned with how close the cover was in a couple places, but it never rubbed. The cover could certainly be better and fit better, but it really was a non issue.

I have a full set of Hostile MX's and Desperados I'll be switching to which should help correct the ratio change, in addition to reducing the rotating mass.

Anyway, I really like this belt drive. It's smooth, quiet, and performed flawlessly.
