Hey guy's, doin some upgrades to the baja already. Will these parts work with my baja? I would really like to know before I buy them.

Thanks, Links below:

Isn't there an angled v-stack for easier removal of the air filter? I need to make sure the v-stack will work with my stock 30.5cc engine and carb. Not sure what CY/Zenoah/walbro cross ref. number the clones are?

Don't necessarily need a KandN. More or less looks and easier cleaning and removal, installation. When I oiled my stock filter for the first time I thought "wow what a pain in the a**". It was difficult and awkward. As far as the others, the alluminum rear plate to replace my stock plastic one. It seems really weak and the front lips of the plate aren't molded properly and catch on everything.

Doesn't look like that rear plate matches the stock KM.

The K&N and V-stack will work though?

heard that doesn't work all that well. ok heres what i did on mine:

i have the angled V-stack, stock filter setup, now i know the oiling is a pain on this filter, BUT, from reading around i purchased a spray cleaner, for foam air filters, and a spray oil for foam air filters, its called PJ1, what ya have is almost the K&N filter recharge type kit, but for foam filters not paper. works pretty much same way, using the cleaner can, ya just spray the cleaner on, work it till its cleaned up, let filter dry out, than apply the sticky filter oil spray kinda like your painting something, work it in till its saturated to the right amount in filter. its alot easier to do than puttin oil in a bag with filter and massaging it into filter.

this is the Vstack i have inclined one

your plate is plastic? mine was alloy. theres a plastic cover i seen made that you can add under that section that covers up all those snagging spots, and makes underneath in that area more slick and streamlined. i just find it odd tho, that the plate the engine is bolted to is plastic on yours.

johnson the alloy plate you linked is already on your km under the plastic skid plate. the v stack will work but vader has linked the better option . and the stock filter altho a pita is the best option

one behind the v stack other behind the carb, theres a 3rd, bewtween the isolation spacer block and head too. on mine i had a metal iso block with teflon gaskets, one between isoblock and head, and one between carb and isoblock, so when i installed the angled vstack i only used the one supplied gasket between vstack and carb, leaving the 2 teflon gaskets where they were, so i ended up with a leftover plain gasket
