Anybody running a pro stock from OBR, if so how do you like it and what size. I am thinking about getting the 5.5hp29.5cc, is that too much for a replacement for the 30.5cc that comes with the KM 5b?

Hi i don't have a obr pro stock but i do have the 30.5 3mm 7hp obr engine in a 5t
The obr pro stock in a km would be a great upgrade considering the stock km engine is only 2.5 hp if that

I had a OBR 29.5 prostock on my 5ive-T and it was was pretty sick, so I imagine since the baja is much lighter it will probably be crazy fast and lots of bottom end grunt. More power than you'd ever need really in a baja which is a good thing. Especially if you have decent pipe.

I would upgrade to a turtle racing clutch system and quick diff, hostile spurgear
better dogbone's, hitec servo's and a killer bee kill switch and a zenoah high rpm clutch

just make sure you have the inner alloy diff cover.im puting a powerful engine in a km 001 lol,im upgrading it as we speak. you will be ok with the pro stock, but if you want the 5.5hp,i would use the pipe they used to dyno.
i have the 7.5hp 27.2,that ripped my fg diff apart and also my mate has the 29 which ripped his baja diff apart.
