Having trouble with searching. I would just like to know what that factory setting are for the carb h&l needles with my 29cc top end kit. Are they the same as my cy 26cc, H-1 1/2, L-1 1/4 or different.

yes start from there.my 990 seems to like to be leaned out about 1/8 turn more than the 603/668.
