well i decided to buy the super duty clutch kits from integy, and after receiving them they look almost identical to the turtle racing kits, other then the clutchbells integy black and turtle shiny,
but i do like one thing about the inetgy the back plate screws have a nut on the inside of the clutch holder to fasten to,
waiting on some chassis parts and i should see how it turns turns out.
the pinions mounting slot is 2 times the size of a stock one,and has a 6mm bolt to hold it on and has large bearings.
bad part i already have every stock pinion and spur sets, the spurs will still work, the pinions nope.
to much time on my,or i have OCD, wont be happy till the baja can talk to me:D

hey hey, i'm always that way with my r/c's my kyosho gt2's where supped up to the point i could not do anything else, i ordered axe rossi mamba on-road engines from italy, those engines where awesome,
now the baja's have fell victim to my obsession, now i'm debating on buying a new spektrum radio, had the same one for 4yrs, no issues at all just might get the same one but new, decisions decisions

oh and i ordered 3100 stainless steel bolts and nuts for them, so i think its OCD

I still have a problem reading 'Integy' and 'quality' in the same sentence!!

Agreed, I have had some good parts, but most are very average, but nicely finished and shiney, but bend or leak when others don't.
I do wish you luck with the Integy clutch, and hope it's excellent.

Alot of TR systems have been on ebay because i think
the new v2 system is out now. So could get a bargin on
ebay!

I don't see the point as ive had the v1 system for 4 to 5
years with no probs.

i cant knock integy on some parts i have flipped and rolled the baja's and haven't had a issue with the chassis parts, as for the clutch kit i like it, it dropped right in with no probs, and all it is, is a clutchbell, holder, backplate, steel shealded bearings, pinion and hardware, so i'm sure there wont be any issues that would not occure with another brand, but big difference was the price i got the kits for $59 each, only needed to get a spur which i already had in integy, that was another thing integy's spur and pinions after running a few tanks on them they look pretty good hardly any ware on them, but not everything from them is on point i sent back 4 steering bellcranks wrong sizes for the tie rods threaded, and the roll cage i had for 3 months had a broken tap in it, so like anything you get some lemons here and there

GH makes some good stuff also but the prices on some things is insane, and not all my local shops can get GH, so thats why i get alot of integy and my local shop knows that if i have a issue they are going to correct it

yah i ended up with a few integy parts on my rock crawlers,
PHOT0507.webp thats my 1/10 scale axiel crawler i built from the kit, bount motor and other parts to make it go as i built it, also installed servo on rear for rear steer just like monster trucks, works great too, found a panel van 1/10 body and 1/10 scale digger decals,

oh S***, finally got all the parts in, took the better half of the day to add everything to both baja's. the best part i got all stainless screws in and as i went a long with the changes the old screws came out and the new ones in, that clutch kit went well with the turtle racing tranny plate and 1 pc brake mount, changed the oils and charged the lipo's up first time in 2 months.
so i think im done with them i might get some new bodies, and wings later on but i think it's all good and i should be peachy till next week,LOL
gonna order some screw sizes i don't have and an additional sizes i used quite a bit of,
good thing i did tear em' down, axel boots where torn but unless the tire was able to swing at a larger angle it was not noticable,
now i need some steel screws organizers 3100 screws, and an additional 800.
might sell the extra black alloy ones i have and just keep the stainless in stock
