ok people ever heard of this? i have the km t1000 and it runs fine, the past few runs after about 10 min or so of running the truck will stall out and i have no steering or throttle..but when i go over and look the green light is lit on my kill switch..i am running the spektrum dx3s and sr3300t..i thought it might be the reciever and i changed it to the sr300(new)and it still happened to after running for a while..but the green light is still on my kill switch meaning its not cutoff, and no steering and throttle..BUT here's the kicker,if i turn the truck off and on again it will start right up and im off again..for like another 10 min or so..i'm scratchin my head...could it be the stock battery?it's new still only like four tanks on it and fully charged everytime.same with controller..could servos be shitting the bed at the same time???

may be the radio itself, i remember reading that that radio, i have a DX3E radio myself for rock crawler, had issues witht he KB. if theres any way at all you can try a different radio and Rx i would, and see if it solves it.

i would have to buy a new rx/tx to test...i was thinking about just selling the spektrum dx3s with sr3300t and sr 300 with carring case on flea bay and buying a futaba 3pk

im also going through right now and checking all wires for cuts etc...checking coil, killswitch, gonna give the truck a run through

i use the dx3s and the same receivers, they are over 3yrs and still work fine, bet it's not a radio issue, check your wiring, also what kill switch are you running?

Next time it does that turn off your tx and see if the fail safe still works , that will let you know that the tx and rx are still sync and its not them but if you have all that KB stuff I am throwing you strawes because i don't have one and don't know:rolleyes:

might be wrong kb unit for that radio, i cant remember the list right off but you can check it on the kb website, find the list and see if its the right kb unit for that radio

just checked its the v2-s
ok update lol..i had my battery box open and was poking around..everything seemed ok..i then turned off the controller and the killswitch blinked like it should..so i went to turn on the contoller and nothing...so i took all the wiring off and bound the reciever again..(took 2 trys for it to lock)and hooked everything back up..i then kept testing it turning it on and off..and it seems good now..is it possible it lost the bind at some point??

im getting somewhere now..could be the stock servos..i noticed when i jitter the servos especially the steering(turn left, right fast)it makes the servo glitch and it throws it into killswitch lock..thats when i lose all power to my servos and reciever and have to literally turn the truck off then back on..

i have checked with them and its the right version i have..i now think its the steering servo..trying to load video..its when i turn the controller wheel fast it makes the steering servo glitch and puts my killswitch on..

yes if there is any glitches the KB will go into action....thats what they are for....lol......time to switch up a servo sounds like.

and that keeps turning my killswitch on,off,on,off etc..thats when i have to turn truck off and turn back on
