Can you remove the red from a rear/tail lights ?

Found a pair of Subaru rear lights on ebay for 35 quid!

Then found the same lights but they where smoked at 125 quid!

This sounds intresting...

Andy,the way i made a few bob years ago was ....go down the docks.......to LPA.....(Liverpool port auctions) and buy Jap imports.
Me and my brother in law was making anywhere between 1000-5000 a week ! We sold Toyotas,Mitzis,subaru etc.

And when FGs were the rage I was buying smashed ones and renovating them and selling them on.Or buy alloy jobbies and take the alloy off and convert back to plastic,sell the car as a rtr and then flog the alloy seperate.....money to be made everywhere,its just where to look.

If you do decide to smoke lights, a few things to consider.....
1. Go down the scrappys & find the cheapest 1's you can to try out.
2. Buy for cars that are tuned ie not Assad's micra!! Try the corsa, astra, fiesta, focus forums to start. Maybe join up & see how much interest there is.
3. Make sure you put a disclaimer in your add to cover your ass with the legalities or you really will get bummed!!

still good money in breaking these voo if you can get them cheap enough

the trouble is all lights are marked with a bs mark meaning its legal as soon as its tampered with its void and not 100% legal same with window tinting next time your in a car look at the writing on any car window it will/should have as2 marked in the corner if so cant be tinted and remain legal and the way plod are with chav cars its not worth the hassle and it makes the car a plod magnet

He doesn't need to do any breaking nowadays, saw him last week with the biggest gold chain drapped around his neck you'll ever see, granted the gold was inside teeth he'd acquired from the deceased....:lol::lol::lol::lol:

But if he is only selling the gear and people are willing to buy its up to them to sort the legal bit! Assad & his pimped up gangsta friends arent afraid of Mr Plod anyway!!
 
and assad don't drive his mum does hes in the back on his booster seat with a hello kitty seat belt cover and his dummy straped to his bib
 
hes a sweet little boy i rekon he would sell quite well god help him if he even ends up inside there going to pass him round like currency
 
is that a shadow on his chin or bum fluff and i would have got a bigger cap i think if theres such a thing,,,im holding back now on assad as i think hes a real gangster although i cant see his gang rags but i don't fancy him catching up with me he might try a dry hump me or sumthink i mean he has got that look about him
 
Thanks for the tips guys!

Found some cheap focus lights for 12 quid and thats a
pair.. So ive read up on how its done, 3 coats of tint
and 3 coats of clear then polish.

Will do a before and after to show you all :D

How much will you make after costs and labor ? is it worth it ?
