im a big fg fan yes ive got the older marder based bug and a old on road car both are great and i wouldnt change them at all,,but these new fg leopards are just pure utter rc porno filth i love the simple layout and they just look great and more important they work on the track

this is however the first one ive seen without the racers choice of the huge tonagawa oddie servo

agree with you there mate they look awesome, but then again so do yours :cool2:

cheers dwarfy but compared to the new fg line up mine looks like it should be powered by steam the old skool marder is a great car don't get me wrong but its well dated now

i did use the tonegawa for years had 5 servo's at one point:w00t:

but im gonna go for 2 savox 40kg servos instead of 1

why not mate savox are a great servo even the budget £30 sc-0251mg is a great servo i run these in both my fg's for throttle and braking i will get the big steering ones in both cars as soon as funds allow

If you want a 'decent, hefty' brake servo, check out the Savox 1230.
It's a 'standard footprint, tall' servo.
500 oz in (32 Kg cm) at 6V.
0.16 sec transit 60 degrees, which at that torque ain't 3 bad!!

Al.

looks nice mate is it going to be a decal/skin or you going for a full on painted job either way its well thought out and will suit the leo well
