100% TOTALLY DISAGREE!!

Hobbythek is probably THE BEST model shop I've ever used.
They ALWAYS follow up on any problems, and if they have doubts, they always telephone to clarify what I really need.

I've ordered from them on perhaps 20-30 occasions and EVERY time I have received exemplary service.

If you have had any problems, please clarify what happened, but PLEASE contact them. They are very receptive. The customer is King appears to be their motto as that's how I've ALWAYS been treated.

I have only really ever used Hobbythek and DDM and both are the best service I've had to date.
As Al said,if there is a problem,get in touch.
