That looks like a normal pullstart for a cy / zenoah . So they should fit.

If it's the Smartech 3 bolt head then no a normal cy pull start won't fit.
Cy pull start on the right is larger, can't even swap out the fan cover because it's different too. I have a fairly good used one if you want it, actually you can have the whole engine lol.

The Part number is 28001.
