I got my DBXL for a decent price.. in my opinion
first thing I hate is the shocks I tighten the spring by bringing it all the way down. is this a bad thing? cause it seems like a night and day difference. what else can I do? is there a upgrade shock kit?
I bought so far @Killer RC upgraded battery 7200mah with the larger battery case.
I bought a K&N air filter with velocity stack.

Not exactly sure as to what part that is?

Also been looking at engines what is a good engine to upgrade the hell out of. I see all diff cc engines. From 200$-1200$ I believe
 
ok gotcha.. question? there a lot of different company's making pipes what is the difference? looking at FID rattle snake? but there's also jetpro, victory.. and more?
 
as far as pipes go I would tell you to go to you tube and try and find a video with a DBXL with different pipes on it so you can hear them. I have the Bartolone Silenced pipe on mine and love it
 
I did not have any issues with shocks, however you can install 5ive 4 front shocks if you want. Make sure to check gas tank screws or replace for longer one with nylon nut at the top. I have a bartolone unsilenced pipe, it`s loud and performs well.
DDM dominator seems to be good as well , check it out at DDM website.
 
yea I been looking at those they all sound the same it seems.. just want the loudest and most aggressive sounding. But im guessing the Prob all do sound very similar. Losi 5ive shocks are a direct fit?
