hi cheers, these wont fit my vac so gonna build a bigger one, so will do some, is 2mm the going thickness, I thought 1mm

At that size, 1 mm is too thin.
0.06" is 'tough thickness' for a Savage / Maxx / LST.

2 mm, or 0.08" should defo be considered for something that size, perhaps 2.5 mm if its good quality Lexan - tough but flexible - not .... erm .... what was that company called .... !!!!!!

Imagine the customising / paint options, that won't scrape off once you get 'down and dirty' !!

Mate, it looks fantastic. I'm just pushing a couple of extra options - you'll see from reactions if it's a going concern.

2.5 lexan is hard to find. I make my losi 5ive panels with 3mm lexan and it's much stronger than 2mm stock panels and for 1/4 scale car I would prefer thicker material

hi thanks mate, will look into that size, havnt done much vac forming, out in the workshop making a gasser chassis tonight, cant wait to start on the shell ready for paint, I will have 12 shells made in the next couple of weeks up for grabs, thanks Dennis

hi thanks, but I think these would be non bash vehicles, if your gonna put time into it you don't wanna drive it like you stole it, I was thinking straight line drag racing etc,
