Aluminium in its various guises is light, but looks like you're using 1/4" / 6 mm?

Thanks! Yup 6mm t6 aluminum. Total weight 29.5lbs. The stock XB is lightweight (19.8 lbs).

Little update

Pulled the trigger and ordered some hostile slicks hard compound. Also got a rampage mt tank and a new radio box.

I decide to make parts for sale. For that I needed a virgin chassis. So I ordered a baja roller.

With the remaining parts I decided to bring back my old extra shorty chassis back to life.
