FG exhaust

Hi im new here and i am restoring and old fg 2wd onroad and i want a dual exhaurst on it and i thougt of useing to nitro exhaust can i do that or ?

Generally they're nowhere near big enough, unless there's a larger helicopter exhaust.
A nitro exhaust will be tuned to the size, performance and revs of the nitro engine.

Hey i got the fg started with dual nitro exhaust on but it has an unstable idle an when i give it a little gas the engine allmost dies ??
Any thougts guys?

Not big enough.
It's like putting a Mini exhaust on a Chevy Corvette.

would it help if i made the holes bigger on the exhaust?

Use Google as a search engine, but search out how pipes are 'tuned', size of them, and pulsing.
It'll give you a much better idea.
Simply putting a hole in the pipe isn't going to help much.
Putting a nitro pipe on will severely restrict the performance - just too small.
