Victory pro pipe or Dominator Fast pipe

My opinion is this...OBR was picked up as the new west coast distributor for Olimat in August per Olimats facebook page. Before this I had emailed OBR on multiple occasions about pipe selection. VRC was always their pipe of choice because they were also distributors of VRC pipes. So my question is this....are they now pushing Olimat because it's a better pipe or because they want to push their new product?

I don't think obr makes olimat, some dude in Australia does. Also obr sells olimat AND victory so wouldn't you think obr would be pushing both products? Yes but they don't cuz olimat is better to them apparently. Weather olimat or victory is better, I'd still get the olimat cuz they mount in a better way. That's my 2 cents
 
I'm just saying before now they always pushed Victory. I know they are great guys to deal with but at the end of the day you are trying to make money. So of course you push your more expensive product. And I didn't say they make them, I just find it funny that now they sell them so they are the best? Just an observation?

No they're not the best just cuz they push them. I'd just get what obr recommens to get the best performance. But I'm not tryna start a argument. ?
 
And you will also notice on OBRs website, every victory pipe they sell is out of stock and has been for months. So if they tell you victory is better, then they are pushing their business to DDM since they also sell victory. Like I said, just an observation?

If not how can they say you would get the best performance from Victory? In the end it's all about business and they will tell you what they want you to hear to make the sell.

Yeah I agree it's all about business. I dunno what there deal is. I'm just observing that the olimat is better when it comes to mounting. Somebody should Dyno the two
 
Personally they are both out of my price range lol. That's why I have a dominator side mount

You are correct on their page there victory pipes also specifically specify..... Victory RC This pipe like the other pro pipes were designed and dyno tuned around our engines and is the best pipe you can use with an OBR engine. So makes me wonder but there is no denying olimat is a championship pipe
 
I don't even see no videos on YouTube of TSK B olimate pipe I wonder if it's because they're so expensive..... I know the Victor I VRC big bore pipe does look pretty awesome. I got an email from olimat today also stating that they are the best pipe he said even OBR runs them on their track cars... I just want the best running pipe for my truck Not a company trying to push their product
 
Well I have actually run 4 different pipes on my OBR 32cc Signature Series motor. Losi Tuned, Bartalone, Victory and Olimat. I can honestly tell you that the Bartalone has great bottom end but no better than the olimat. The Victory makes great power up high but is a dog down low. The olimat makes ever so slightly less power in the highest range, almost unnoticeable. The Olimat Pipe makes great power from the bottom to the top and when the bart pipe stops pulling the olimat keeps pulling hard. OBR is now pushing the olimat pipes because they have now become the first real USA distributor for those pipes. They didn't push Bartalone pipe because they were a competitor and the only other decent choice was a victory pipe which if you are just making speed passes then that is a good pipe. Olimat has a better mounting system than the others it has a shorter header to reduce weight on the motor so your bolts don't loosen up and is a very nice product. Anyone who claims they are anything other obviously has not tried them. Run what you like but the Olimat pipe in my opinion and experience is by far the best pipe for your money, especially if you run one of the bad ass OBR motors
