nothing happening lol saving for a rebuild/con rod replacement for my used crank. my problem is that there is too much play in the connecting rod/piston assembly (like 2mm on each side when the max is 1mm) so ill have to buy a wider rod and with that, I think ill have to get the crankshaft modified, it will throw off the balance but im am getting it rebalanced and trued. i have a less confusing post explaining it on my build thread

nitrous is hard to do on a 2 stroke cuz u have to mess with port timeing and stuff, but if u could get it too work that would b cool. why not buy a crankcaase from rovan, and buy all kinds of custom stuff and try to make like 14hp, that would b badass! kinda like what im doing. i
Was thinking that too might buy a whole new 45cc or something smaller and modding it as much as possible I know nitrous works even directly on a 2 stroke but puts alot of strain on the engine I've done it on a 125 2 stroke increased rpm drastically that was with a cheap Ebay kit direct nitrous shot into the carb

If I do it lol piston is 43mm and rc max 71 is 47.6mm so ita quite a big piston on the rovan 45 ita the stroke that's only 31mm so it has power but build quality isnt as good as the alx and rcmax but all of my plans wont materialize till next year as I gotta spend alot for Christmasyup, i wonder if any 1 makes a forged piston that small that u could use on one of those

Thanks I can get them from rovan cheap it's just the longer stroke I need for now and a thicker gasket I'll keep trying to locate a con rod I did message rovan but they have no future plans for their 45cc no upgrades at alltoo bad

I know it's a shame I think I will get a bit more power with a real bigbore pipe tho the samba I have is for 32cc and it was silenced so a real performance pipe for a bigger engine would gimme a couple more hp I think

Yeah I'd have to work out a way to mount it rovan do a pipe called the vortex or cyclone that's meant for the 45cc I'll probably start with that and see how the power picks up I noticed with the samba its fast but sounds like the pipe doesn't release all the power of the engine
