I finally broke a roll cage. After my FHMT hit a small bump it flipped about 5 times with the last flip hanging in the air and landing dead on the top of my Beetle body. I'll put up a pic a little later.

The roll cage snapped right in the middle above the gas tank. Oh yeah, the left front steering knuckle.....the bottom screw stretched out the hole. Not sure why the nut that was cranked down on the front axle shot off and caused the tire to shoot across the field at about 40 mph. Pretty cool, but it went quite a ways! :)

I also have to find a better way to attach my rigged up beetle body mounts. They bent a bit but they just can't take a landing like they did.

$5.49 part cost which is cheap, but guess who is out of it? Tower of course.

Ordered from HobbyFever.com. They always have the parts when Tower does not.

And the DDM Torque pipe is a helluva monster with the 23cc. That thing pulls the wheels off the ground from take off. I also have a 17t pinion (from the stock 19t), and the 8k red clutch spring. I swear I have more fun with this thing than I do with the Baja sometimes!
