Xmaxx 8s max6 1650kv or 1100kv??

Hey guys picked up another xmaxx 8s and I’m trying to build it so I can enjoy it. My last xmaxx build I went a lil overboard with the max5 1650kv and it was barely driveable with too much power so this time I think I’m gonna go with a max 6 but I’m kinda stuck on what system to get. What are some suggestions?? Right now I’m looking at these 2 systems
Hobby wing max 6 / 1650kv
Hobby wing max 6 / 1100kv
Which one should I go with and why?? I plan on running 8s and would like it to stay cool. But be controllable. Any help would be great

Yea maybe my gearing on the max5 setup was too fast. I had it set to 24/54

You think lol. Have you tried setting your throttle curve and what not? Can help smooth out the power a little.

No I haven’t I should get a program card

My e words are 8th scale and use the castle link for programming, I would hope there's something like that foe your set up. Way easier then a programming card.

Castle has tons more features for programming. HW is pretty basic. I prefer hw eac on bashers as they are super reliable and castle for my Speedrun car.

My Holmes esc can be programmed city castle link as well, guess I just assumed there were more out there that could. Bummer.

Are any of you having bad nose dives with Xmaxx after putting wide kit on?

My sledge soars in the air but the Xmaxx nose dives even with throttle.
