as monster said above relic, its a rovan,
they do have issues like any rc maker though,
i do not own one, but have seen a few vids on youtube, main issues are the dogbones rubbing on the a arms,
and with everything being alloy you can imagine the wear etc,
its a rovan, and needs work to bring it up to scartch from what i can see,

I wonder if there is worthy upgrades for it , I'm sure all that metal isn't top grade knowing rovan crap , but I sure like the platform , my rovan baha was full of there absolute crap , that's why I was checking for a owner
kevin talbot just got one so i'm going to be watching his videos with keen eyes to see how it holds up, i don't think it'll last long

I watched that , starter had problems , blew a ball joint out , bent the back shocks tower , I'm seeing the same monkey metal crap that my baha had on it , but is there upgrades for this thing , I'll check with feerless , and try not to offend anyone I geuss , but if it's fixable that would be a great thing ! Gas powered monster truck !! Hell ya !! YEEEE HAAAAAAAA !!

honestly i doubt theres any upgrades, if you are happy buying rovan i doubt you are going to buy taylor r bonehead, the car just isnt bought by the type of people (us) that are happy to pay lots of money for quality. the pullstart is shite and kev was blaming it on the sand and that shock tower bent when? he never did any big jumps imo unless it was that final jump at the skate park

Ya , he landed on the top a couple times , I just watched a review , the biggest problem is the pipe routing , it can't get the heat out fast enuff , big heat issues he said , he also got a defective engine , they replaced it easily , but it's all about who in the aftermarket field will jump into it , of course my go to , would be a Taylor 35 in there , dam that would be a blast for sure ! Just wanna downsize the raminator a little and I'm allll over it ! Or I could just put big huge monster truck tires on my Taylor 50 losi from hell and I would have close to the XLT 😅😂😵‍💫😵‍💫

honestly i thought the xlt was a beefed up losi 5t but i mean if you got an extended arm kit and some longer shocks then it'd be pretty close

Some rovan parts are good some are not. This is a hobby. Everything can be modified if you put brainpower and effort into it.

I got a return e mail from Mike Taylor , he says he's all over it , makes Ng pipes now and the 35 and 50 engines will be options for the XLT, that is great news , I just now got that message from him , if this thing is Taylor possible , I can tell you I'll be driving it this summer , I'm mostly interested in shock towers , the arms are pretty cheap , so bend it but it ,but the pipe , engine and towers would be changed if I could
