What was the first RC that you ever purchased?

My first was an Audi Quarto from Radio Shack in the early 80's.

Fast forward to 2020 with a co-working getting me back in the hobby was an Arrma Infraction 6S

My son kept watching these YouTube videos of a guy running his cheap wltoys stuff through the mud and sand, the videos had great music. I kept thinking man that looks fun. About 3 years ago I got an scx24 to get into the hobby thinking the small stuff would be cool around the house, and yea it still is. I dumped a lot of into that platform to finally figure out what I wanted it to be. Then I did a losi1/10 sct, then a Tekno, so on and so forth, now I’m about to go 5th scale.

First hobby grade was a Aristo-Craft Hitec Kangaroo. It sparked my love of the hobby. And had the worst ESC placement in the history of RC cars.

Kyosho Ultima1/10 scale with a Ford pickup body. 2nd was a Traxxas Nitro Hawk. The Ultima was my only battery powered RC.
