If you are running the small alloy motor mount (May be the same with the plastic) you use a large bolt and run it from the inside out. You use a nylon nut on the outside. When you want to take it off you just loosen the nut until it wont go any further then back out the bolt from the inside of the mount slightly until the shaft has cleared the bolt and it falls right out. No motor removal needed.
