It needs spacers on the shafts and all should be good.

Ya I put spacers but when I put on the belt I get a slight binding sound from center diff. Rolls kinda smooth but it's kinda loud

What is the problem?
It looks OK to me but I can't see the top pulley in the vid.

That sounds like gear noise from the centre diff.
Have you checked the gear mesh?

Yes. It's the center diff and it only makes that sound when I put the belt on

Without the belt the gear mesh is perfect

Mine has the aluminum gear plate but plastic pinion mount and I don't have that piece in the picture. Could that be why?

Your bearings may be on the way out and the pressure from the belt is putting more strain on them.

It may well be as I'm running the alloy mount with mine.
Apart from that my set up is identical to yours.
No worries about helping.
