Hiya,does anyone have hydros on each corner of their car/truck? If so can you post some pics so I can see your set-up.Also do you need two servos to operate the brakes or can they be operated by one?

Hey James,
When dealing with hydros, you need two servos, one for the front pair and one for the rear pair. I do not have any at the moment, but i have dealt with them before. They are such cool pieces of machinery, one of my favorites on these little cars. Amazing the technology to make things so little.

Also,
You do not really need them in the front and in the back for off road. the front is plenty. The back brakes can use the shaft break that works just fine
 
Voo2doo, I have hydros F&R on my MT operated by a single servo, have a look in the MT section of this forum and my thread should be in there somewhere.

Pretty cool set-up! But my master cylinders are different but it has given my a path to go down.

Well got the other set of hydros today and when I opened the packet and checked them the piston thread had snapped inside the screw! Wondered why they went so cheap,pity,I was going to put them on my Beetle instead of my MT.

friend just took his hydros off. had a leak in the caliper and kept getting air bubbles. I'll stick with my cable brakes for now ;)

and I order from ebay uk. I just got some killer deals there. the evo chassis I got for my semi cost me next to nothing, and got an fg chassis for my mt for like $40... if I could only find a deal on mt side plates....
 
Yes Fern,I do.here they are. What do you think? I have tried to souce parts but to no avail...as I said,pity!
