Went to see these dudes last night (I'm a die hard 80's music fan) in Liverpool's Echo arena,what can i say......superb!!:cool2::omg::rockon:
They sound exactly the same as their records.I wanted to see these when i was about 16 YO (5 years ago:innocent:...ish!) They done a two hour stint with no breaks,not bad for a bunch of middle age blokes:w00t:
Well it was well worth the £45 ticket fee and I would definitely go to see them again! They even had Rusty Egan (original DJ from the 'BLITZ' night club London) as an intro!

Glad you had fun James..

I love 80's stuff. The other day i was driving home and they played Guns and Roses and Bon Jovi back to back.. Ended with Aerosmith.. If they would have played some Scorpions I would have been set.

LOL James.. I saw Pink Floyd and Aerosmith years back, they are better live than on the albums.

Next June or July we got U2 coming and my wife is gonna kill me if i don't get tickets in advance... They come out in the next 2 weeks and will probably sell out in 1 hour or less..

Zouz - that it my kind of music too! In fact GnR are probably the best band of their time in my opinion!! don't rate Axl Rose's new stuff much though. Its as if they are trying to hard with the lead guitar & there is no feeling to it (unlike Slash's playing) just a load of shredding. We had Aerosmith 'don't want to miss a thing' for the 1st dance at our wedding!!

Axl rose became such a sissy.. He's always canceling concerts and all. It's ok though we have the memories..LOL.. You're right about slash too, he made the guitar in the group.

Thanks for the link James. It will be the July 9th date in Miami.. They are still unavailable, but when they start selling, i will be all over them like a cheap drunk whore.. ;)

It was the original line up Andy,but they had an extra on the keyboard and he was really good too!
