Fed up today seeing all my fifth scale cars sitting there doing nowt:( so I took one of my Leopards out to thrash.
The weather was cold but dry so I took it down to the original stomping ground. It has jumps, straights and berms and is a great place to really test a car.The ground was a bit boggy but I thought ,what the hell, and let rip!:cool2:
Anyway I came off the top of a hill and when the buggy landed, the front tyres dug in and sent the car into a barrel roll.It ended up clipping the top of a very small fence and by some bizarre chance the shell must have bent inwards and knocked the power switch off!:helpsmilie::no: Luckily it landed on its roof and was reving its guts out! If it had of landed on its feet it would have never been found again,it was pointing at the River Dee:boat: which is a pretty decent size river and was at high tide with some amazing currents(alot of people have lost their lives to these under currents).
So to top it all I forgot to tighten the fuel cap and this resulted in half a tank being deposited all over the car:blush: Oh well,it'll give me something to do:clown:

that was lucky voo, you wanna get an air bag off a car and strap it to the roof and fire it with a spare channel just incase you end up in the river:boat:
last time i was at the beach with my fg bug it disapeared and i found it upside down in a river about a foot deep, quick clean up and about 10 pulls and she was away again:clown:

The weather was cold but dry so I took it down to the original stomping ground. It has jumps, straights, berms, diving board (only at the deep end mind) and is a great place to really test a car.The ground was a bit boggy due to it sitting at the bottom of the river deebut I thought ,what the hell, and let rip!:cool2:
Anyway I came off the top of a hill and when the buggy landed, the front tyres dug in and sent the car into a barrel roll followed by a double axle triple salco. It ended up clipping the top of a very small fence and by some bizarre chance a crabshell must have bent inwards and knocked the power switch off!:helpsmilie::no: Luckily it landed on its roof and was reving its guts out! If it had of landed on its feet it would have never been found again,it was pointing at the Irish Sea:boat: which is a pretty decent size sea and was at high tide with some amazing currents(alot of people have lost their lives to these under currents).
So to top it all I forgot to tighten the fuel cap and this resulted in half the seagull and rare Welsh penguin population being wiped out in the slick:blush: Oh well, 1000hrs community service cleaning the beach up will give me something to do :clown:
