I've looked all over FG's web page and I can not find much detail as to what the RTR MT comes with. It says it comes with a radio and that all I need is some aa batteries and gas. Can anyone tell me what brand of radio comes with the RTR MT? Is it 2 ch. or 3 ch? Does the RTR MT have any kind of brakes on it? Thanks for any info you can pass my way. Looking forward to getting this MT and enjoying it to the fullest.

check out ddm im pretty sure they have all the specs posted on their site. I beileve it comes with a 2.4 hitec radio, don't know how many channels, also believe the servo's are decent hitec ones.

Trebor,
thanks for the links. The UK one was very helpful. Seems that the USA suppliers have different radios and servos on some of the MTs. I was thinking that FG would have a "standard" package for the RTR MT and I am trying to see what that includes. The 2 links to Big Boy toys show two different radios. Looks like it is all good stuff.

The US use 27mhz or 75mhz. UK usually only uses 40Mhz which is illegal to use in the states. That is why there are different radios.

The FG RTR come with decent radio gear. It is not top of the line but it is also not oem typical RTR low end stuff.

check the marketplace for year end specials we are having.

Check-out FleaBay. There's a 2.4GHz 3-channel radio set going for £40 (GBP40). Just got one. Haven't installed it yet but it seems everything it should be - binding has been performed 'at the factory' but may be repeated without problem.
It will mean an end to that huge antenna sticking out, ready to be ripped off.
All is digital with end-point adjustment, ...etc.
Just thinking that if you're getting a truck without, ...
