The last time I seen something this it was in a bucket. It was a HPI Baja. Forgot what forum it was but the Baja came out great. He was only missing a few minor parts that a friend gave him. So good luck I hope ur outcome is the same. Oh yeah welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the nice welcoming...looks like a great place to hangaround in, hope to ask some of you experts on issues,so on this build a couple of things need some fixing. The first is the box of diff parts, cleaned all the grease out of them lots of broken gears not sure if any are salvageable. One diff is locked? Does it go in the middle of the chassis? Both front cvds are bad also. The motor has a clutch case thats in pieces any where sells this kind of stuff?

diffs
Well last night i put the front and rear diffs together. The center diff is giving me some trouble it doesn't seem to fit, i noticed the front and back are notched in the chassis cause it droops below the frame a little, but the center one hits!?im stumped?

Well i figured out the center diff. finally.Had a few misc. parts in a box that had another diff "ring gear" and it fits.I put in the servos.motor gearbox.Ordered some new parts from innovative hobbies.
