Well its happened again folks !
Me, Pablo and Michaellfc just been moved on from our latest great little find at otterspool..... so no more bashing there :no::no::nono::nono::no::no:

And funnily enough , the very CSO officer that told us we can't run there was THE VERY SAME GUY who moved us on from Calderstones and told us we were OK to run at Otterspool !! But, when we mentioned this to him... he flatly denied it was him !!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE !!! :helpsmilie::helpsmilie:

Anyway... need some input guys. We were told we cant run on ANY council land or parks, as our cars are "motorized vehicles" Now from what ive read a "vehicle" needs to be able to carry a person to be a "vehicle". So is a Baja classed as a Vehicle...or as I was aware, just a model car.
I need to have a good read of their "by-laws" which we are supposedly breaking to make sure of this as i think there are some grey areas.

So needless to say, we are looking for YET ANOTHER new bash spot that is fairly local to us. I think we may be heading up to Deeside soon to sample their delights... (and avoid the ****ing CSO's!) and possibly having a look at the Rossendale track soon too.

Another thought we had was to try and gather as many names as possible and approach the council askin if there would be any areas of land we could be "assigned to" to run on where we will not get any bother.
I can see it now..... "THE LIVERPOOL LARGE SCALE RC CLUB" !!!!!!!! :clown::clown::clown:
 
i took mine out a few months ago on some land owned by salford council and was told by 1 real copper and 4 toy coppers (cso's who was taking someone's mini moto off them) that as my car wasn't classed motorised passenger vehicle so they couldn't ask me to go or take my car off me as it's classed as a toy!!!!! unless there was a number of complants. the place i used to take mine in bury is ok aswell as i was also told by some cso's as long as you keep out of the way then you'll be ok to use the park,

Thats what makes me think that the CSO's don't know what they are talking about! We were WELL out of the way down into the park, but I think some kill-joy had made a phone call complaining about us for whatever reason and that was that.
But I'm sure your right mate, our Bajas are not "Vehicles" so should not be subject to these by-laws which they RECKON we are breaking.
But I need to do my homework and scrutinise these by-laws to see if what they are saying is right.
Its all very frustrating, especially when we were all havin a great bash in the sunshine, minding our own business and keeping out of everyones way.

like you said mate i think deeside is the next spot to try, accordin to route planner it's 35 miles from my house which is 6 miles more than goin over to otterspool :blush: the spot in bury is really good and it's only 6 miles from me so we could give that a try one sunday if you fancy a trip over here pete???????

Yeh I think we are going to have to start heading further afield to bash.
Shame in a way cos its nice to have a local spot nearby thats only a few minutes from your house.

But I'm still going to look into these by-laws to make sure we are not being bluffed into moving on.

Anyone know anything about these by-laws ???????????????????
 
hi guy's, coppers told us as long (as no 1s sitting on em)lol, they are toys.. But if people complain, coppers av 2 look in to it an it can b a public order offence for disturbing the peace. But only if some misarable f**k complains! Or if we hit someone we r liable.. So if u hit someone, just leggit!

they should available for the public to view mate, my dads knows the chief of police in withenshaw so i will get him to ask if it's against any laws or fekin "by-laws" as they say to run our cars in public places :2guns::2guns:

That would be ace mate , if you could. Thats what we need .... somebody who KNOWS the laws (and by-laws) who can say FOR SURE whether we are breaking any laws or not by running on council land

just rang my dad pete and he's guna get him to ring me tomora so i can have a chat about it so hopefully i'll be able to tell you the script tomora nite!
 
Took the KM out today for the first run....WOW,Impressive to say the least!!!!
Oh, the venue was Deeside and a rabbit (the only living thing I saw) give me a REAL dirty look!!!!
Grass is short,fook all people around,straights,yumps etc,etc.

I got out with my mate yesterday & tried my new TX out. It was ok until engine died after 5 mins :2guns::2guns: Spark plug was fooked & cos we were only local I never bothered taking my box of bits :no: 2 mins later my mates give up as well so it was a complete waste of time really. That x-can sounds nice tho :cool2::cool2:

:2guns: never go out without my tools and things mate, i'm always brakin it so ther's no use in goin without them :clown::clown::clown:

think mr c,s,o officer 711 as he kept calling himself had a serious case of memory loss, no he said i never said you could run them things here but he did? as we said to him saturday and sunday league is allso anti social , well it is in liverpool last week a player in a local game got shot at, and a lot of games end up in a huge fight, don,t see them banning that,
