Here is the link to the other sports within the same complex. There is a link to a map on there as well :cool2: The mini moto x track looks like it could double up as a 5th scale track! It was my playground up there when I was a kid :)

Just a thought guys.......if it becomes an official club, it will have to be run like a business ie members paying a fee to cover public liability insurance, health & safety documentation for the bash site, signage, barriers to separate the spectators etc etc. The land donated by the council would be classed as a club track. If there is an accident/injury/damage to property, the afflicted would come looking for the club for reimbursement......

I maybe wrong but its worth finding out.

.....just read this thread again. It would apply more to the liverpool lads approaching the council and not using the rossmods track.....

I think a more neutral ground would be better. You see there are the Scouse lads you Manchester lads and us sheep shaggers,if there was an in between site that would be good for everyone I think it would go down a treat.
Replies anyone?

Fair point voo. I think everybody needs to find somewhere local & then we just go round to each others bash site once in a while. Pretty much as before really but if we all go about it in the proper way as has been discussed like approaching the councils etc we should get better results. Jacko & Voo can approach the local farmer who looks after their girlfriends......baaaaa!!:clown::clown:

andy yeah your right, i've been onto roger again today and he told me that they tried the council for land but didn't get anywhere, the council told them if anyone got hurt then the council will be held liable! thats why they bought the land at cowm

to run the club would be quite easy, all we would need to do is like you say have chairman, secretary and treasurer, then open a bank account in the clubs name' thats all we did when i was in the rs owners club and started the "cheshire group" as for the insurance if we're all in the brca wouldn't that cover us for runnin on council owned land???????

guna get on to them now and find out :cool2:
