Fg body mouts ?? Any ideas thinking tread :)

Guys this is the tread where you guys are going to have to use your brains/ ideas :yuk: needs some help dudes I don't have no body mounts on my Fg monster truck cuz it's got a custom build rioll cafe so body mouts have gone so at the moment I canT use my body what Is the best way I can put my body on??

well a monster beetle has mounts that come off the top of the rollbar. you could drill a couple holes through a cross brace and screw a post in from underneath, you could try using a wing mount. you could braze some rod to the roll cage and drill holes for body clips, use side mounts off the side plates....

So here are the pictures you dudes needed so what kind off ideas have you got in mind ? i have sorted the front mount out just need to mount the back one some where as you can see its in the picture (the back mount)....

You could extend the plastic(??) horizontal black bars to be snug under the Hummer shell, then fit them with FG body mounts ... ??

Could try using the same type of plastic you have on there now, but strap it the opposite way on the rear and screw up through the two joints in the rods into two longer body post rods. If that makes sense.nline2long:

i would also suggest you put an engine cover on your cylinder head

or you could end up toasted :nuke:

Get some longer bolts and bolt it to the same spot the roll bar is connected on the tower. simplest mod
