Mike at LSA is awesome to deal with. I was a customer when it was rc nutz, but I left large scale for a while. I hunted down rc nutz and tried to order off their site. then they emailed after I placed my order (a week later) to say everything was back ordered... I tried to cancel my order and got no replies and finally filed a paypal dispute. they actually got bent out of shape even though it wasn't a formal dispute, just opened the communication through paypal. well they sure responded fast when I did that...

Was funny because I asked Mike if he knew about rc nutz when I was placing an order through him and he explained the selling of the business. then I understood.

Barry these guys at bmi are assholes I filed with PP yesterday in the early am and still got no reply as of yet...THEM...One more day,tomorrow,thenI'm bringing it to a claim,man these guys suck

just call them, if you are helping people at the shop, it is not easy to check emails. Plus they may have been closed yesterday and it is only 11am there right now.

THEM at this point they can stick those brake discs you know where...If they're running a business it's thier responsibilty to get the parts out in a reasonable time or to contact people when they can't...They already got my $$$$ so I guess it's you now........

Update here it is:

Thanks for your feedback. Are you saying you still have not received your parts?
We received your payment on 5/3. The parts were shipped on 5/4 (we are closed on Mondays). The shipment you paid for was via USPS First Class Mail. Please let me know for certain that you have or have not received the parts.
