About how much paint does it take to fully cover a Losi 5t? I was told 7 or 8 of the PS cans from Tamiya. Does it really need that much?

Yeah its from front to back. Seems to be about 2 or so millimeter short.

I just went to install my new engine and it doesn't seem to want to fit. It is just a little more narrow than it should be. Am I overlooking something? I'm still new but this just seems odd. Pic included.

I was able to install them with the boots even still. Just had to go about it funny.

I ordered some Bartolone shock perches for my 5ive but when I went to install them the opening seems to be way to small. So much so that its hardly able to get around the shaft let alone the shaft with boots on. Are these suppose to be run bootless or are mine miss-cut? Anyone with experience...
