Radio does not return to center. ..wondering the front brakes have something to do with it

Notice that when I put screwdriver near servos starts to twitch all over.....

It's seems to slide back and fourth ok...sometimes it stays too far up but with the truck off,it runs perfect. Could it be a servo issue?,

Are u talking servo arm or the linkage to back to brakes?? If that's the case, what can he do to fix it
