biggaj gave me a cool idea last night about making a front bumper from a 6mm cutting board, so off i went today to the harrods of the north called home&bargain and picked up a red cutting board for £1.49p:cup-1: got it home a with a bit of cutting and shaping and even some melting over the camping stove here,s the result.

Good work matey :cool: Could do with 2 more screws in there at the back just to secure it otherwise a hard impact will prob snap the screws you got.
 
Nice one pablo, glad i came in useful for something (the wife thinks i'm useless :lol:).

Bumper looking good though. I will be making mine out of 8mm 500 x 500 HDPE sheet, should be able to get 2 or 3 made for £10.
 
Do you think the red will fade to a nice shade of pink after a few runs in the sunshine? :blush::badair::badair:

Ah, but did you know his full name was "Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso", now that's a name !
