Are The Aluminum Diff Case Bearings A Different OD


Than The Stock Plastic Case?

They use the same bearings as the plastic case.

Thanks RCDAD I Must Have A Bad One The Pinion Bearing Area Is Fine

But The Carrier Bearing Bore Is 0.30 Too Big

Are the bearings new. If not you might want to try a newer better quality bearing. I have seen variations in bearing tolerances. Might be an easier solution.

About 0.01 Bigger I Work At a Machine Shop I'am Going To

Make a Couple Sleeves To Press On The Bearings So I Can

Use The Case. I Keep Hoping Ol' fart Will Feel Sorry For The MT
