Hiya people,
Just looking around and seen this----http://www.rccarsandtrucks.co.uk/1758_1_2821107.html----- anyone got one? If so would you recommend it. It's the cheapest 2.4Ghz that I have seen on the web and as the off-road rc's aren't that precise to tourer's would it matter if it didn't have all the magic stuff the Spektrum DX range has?
Like to hear your veiws.
J.

The first link goes to an Acoms radio

all acoms radios I ever saw were low end am rtr radios. I would wonder what the rx compatibility is. with a spektrum you can use losi rx's or vs vs. the losi rtr spektrum is not a bad radio either if you are on a budget, dsm and people sell them off cheap

I don't think it would be physically or mentally possible for me to tell the difference in time shift from new to old dsm... hell transmit time from head to fingers has to be worse than what the rx is going to tell the servo to do for me anyway lol

i use the acoms 2.4 ghz in my 1/5 its been fine with no issues, the rx is tiny! make sure you protect the rx with foam/bubblewrap as some have been known to be a bit fragile, great system for the money
