are you guys venting your gas caps ? Is the vapor lock causing random stalling? next question: Will the King Motor Dragon pipe bolt up AND add performance? While I'd love a DDM or Jetpro, I can't spend $150-$200 for one. What "inexpensive/CHEAP" pipe will add some snap? Thanks for the input!!!
 
-Yes on the tank venting.

-No that pipe will not bolt up. It takes some mods to get other pipes to work.
 
What cheap pipe will work,if any? As for the modding, that sounds fun! Any welding involved? I have a little 90 amp flux core wire mig welder I haven't used in a while:)

I welded in my dog bone pins and removed the grub screws.no more loosing pins or using heat shrink.there like having a poor mans cvt set up.hey it works and still bashing hard.how far are you from north jersey?

If you can weld, then any of the wrap around style pipes will work. You will have to cut them and possibly change some angles. Just don't mess with the expansion chamber or exit port and you will be ok. The stock truck body will not fit over the pipe. So plan on cutting it or replacing it with a larger SC style body.
 
I can get o North Jersey in about 2.5 hours. My wife has family near Lake Hopatcong(sp.) and we can get there in about 3.25 or so.
 
Im about 15 min. from ny border just under mahwah.i got a good bashing place under rt. 287 bridge in haskell/wanaque. we ride quads and dirt bikes there, plenty big for the redcats.

Hey! That's not too far from me! I live in Hazlet (GSP Exit 117) and work in Wayne. Maybe we can hook up and check that spot out sometime!
