any hits on getting the speed gears off the shaft. i am trying ot get to the diff to check/change the fluid in it. but i cant get the geard off the tranny shaft. or the bolt out of the pinion gear set.

well if its the 2 speed, then the gears shood be metal try warming the bolt head up with a lighter or similar, it should help to soften the loctite they used, on the spurs i used a flat screwdriver and applied gentle pressure working all way round, between the 2 spurs to get it to work loose, of course after bolt is removed, now the inside spur is held in place with 2 cross pins in shaft, once outside gear is off, simply rotate shaft while holding gear and pull outwards, when pins align the gear slips right off, and don't LOSE the pins.
