I have a KM 2 speed and my bearing is acting up
I have removed the bolt on the big gears as well as the little gears yet I can't seem to remove the bigger gears
Can someone post a brake down of what i need to do to remove and replace the OWB
Thanks

theres pins in the layshaft that have to match up with slots in the gears/owb. once they align and the bolts removed, you may use a flat blade screwdriver and carefully pry a lil bit between the outer and inner gear, work ur way around gear prying, remember gently. once the outer gears off, then the inner one can rotate around to line up on those pins and let inner gear slide off.

I just wiggle the gear while pulling out and it comes off everytime..It goes on just by placing it over the pins, Theres really no need to pry it off

The first time getting mine off was quite a B#$@ as well just keep at it and you can lightly tap it to get the key on the OWB loose and the rest is easy.
