Anyone know how to adjust the shift point? It came on the truck and I have no instructions and no luck finding any either. I'm thinking you have to remove 1st gear.

yes but there is a mod to fix that.
there are 2 setscrews. when you take the gear off you will see a hole in the middle of the 2 speed just under first gear. it goes in on an angle. tighten to shift later, loosen to shift earlier.
what many people do, myself included, was drill a hole through the edge of the gear in between teeth and through the carrier so you can adjust the 2 speed externally.
