29cc Billet Engine ....What 2 stroke to use.

I have just purchased a 29cc Billet Engine and all looks well lots of compression no signs of wear on the piston and the barrel as i can see.
through the carb and exhaust port.

What i need to know is what's the best 2 stroke oil to use as i don't know what the first owner used and am i right in saying it must be the same oil used all the time and not best to swap and change or is that just for tuning purposes.

hi mate i use putoline mx5 thats all ive used since i built my 29cc works well nice blue colour and smells well nice when running i also add a bit of putoline octane booster in with it as well been ok so far

I Have King Cobra Gold and King Cobra Silver somewhere in the shed also and i think i read somewhere the silver is better than the gold as it runs cooler.

Make sure which ever one you choose its easy for YOU to get when you want more...
If its a complete motor don't worry about swapping out oil. If its a rebuild it really will not matter. Just run what you do and you will be fine....
